Our fresheners are made from high-quality, recycled paper card material — an absorptive inner layer for long-lasting scent, and two outer layers of premium print stock for sharp, deep images.
Our car fresheners are fully double-sided — you can print anything you’d like, and you’re free to use completely different artwork on the front and back at no extra cost.
The maximum width of any shape (its widest dimension) is up to 4.5 inches (90 mm). Within that, you can choose virtually any shape you want — our machines die-cut to your exact specs.
Yes — every order is produced with custom die-cut shapes at no extra fee. Some companies charge add-ons for this; we include it as standard.
We export your final artwork using sharp CMYK files to keep your brand colors deep, bright, accurate, and long-lasting on the finished product.
Our prints are detailed down to the pixel — think “business card” level clarity, so small text, fine lines, and intricate art all reproduce cleanly.
Yes. Every freshener is individually packaged and sealed in a poly-bag to preserve scent and freshness until it reaches your customer.

Artwork Requirements
We accept all file formats — from polished logo files to rough sketches. Our team converts and refines whatever you send so the final mockup looks exactly how you pictured it.
You can submit artwork in any resolution — we’ll handle optimizing it. On our end, we prepare the files at the ideal resolution so your print is sharp and accurate.
Yes. We can upscale low-quality logos, clean them up, or even redesign them from scratch using your reference as a guide.
Design Services
Yes — design help is completely free. Whether you’re starting with a rough idea or a nearly finished design, we’ll polish it up for you.
Our free service covers layout, typography, colour tweaks, placement suggestions, and making sure your design works perfectly at air freshener size.
Absolutely. Share your brand, inspiration, or event details and we can build a custom design for you from the ground up.
Yes — we’re happy to explore variations (for example: different colours, layouts, or text treatments) until you’re confident in the final direction.
We don’t nickel-and-dime revisions — you can request changes until you’re happy and approve the final mockup for production.
If you’d like the final digital art file for your own use, just ask — we’re happy to share the production-ready file with you.
Mockups & Approval
Yes. After you upload your art and share your idea, we create a free custom mockup for review and tweak it until you’re ready to approve.
All design approvals happen over email — we send the official mockup, you confirm it in writing, and only then do we start production.

Ordering
Our minimum order quantity for a single design is 50 units.
Yes. We offer competitive wholesale pricing with lower per-unit costs as quantities increase. Key price breaks are at 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000 units.
We offer a 15-scent sample pack for $5 — and when you place a full order, we credit that $5 back to your total.
From the homepage, click “Order Bulk Custom Car Fresheners” or “Shop Fresheners,” choose your packaging option, follow the prompts, and checkout. We’ll follow up by email to confirm your design and details before starting production.
Yes — you can include multiple designs as long as each design is at least 50 units. For example: 100 units can be split into 2 designs of 50 each at no extra fee.
Standard orders include free Canadian shipping. For rush timelines, we can often prioritize production for an additional freight fee based on real-time carrier quotes.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, wire transfers, e-transfers, and Visa Debit.
Yes. Larger customers can submit a PO — we’ll issue an invoice and receipt that references your PO number.
We don’t offer net terms, since every freshener and packaging run is custom-made specifically for you.
We’ll happily build and refine your mockups first. Once you’ve approved the design and are ready to move forward, payment is required before we start production.

Production, Shipping & Turnaround Time
Questions about how long orders take, where they ship from, and how delivery works.
Production Time
For smaller orders (50–500 units), production typically takes 7–14 days. Larger orders (750+ units) usually take 14–21 days once artwork is approved.
If you’re on a tight timeline, reach out — we’ll check our live production schedule and let you know if we can prioritize your order.
Shipping
All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
As a guide:
- Canadian East: 1–5 business days
- Canadian West: 3–7 business days
- USA: 3–10 business days, depending on location
Yes — we can ship almost anywhere. Canadian orders include free shipping; US orders are charged a flat 10% of the order total for shipping.
Absolutely. You’ll automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and our team can help if you need any updates.
We do offer local pickup if you’re nearby. That said, Canadian shipping is free — so unless you just want to say hello, delivery is usually the easiest option.
Customs & Duties
No additional customs charges apply for Canadian or US orders — just product cost, applicable sales tax, and a 10% shipping fee for US deliveries.
For Canada, there are no duties and we charge GST/HST where applicable. For US orders, the carrier bills MemorableMerch™ for any duties and taxes.
Scents, Longevity & Safety

Scent Quality
Our scents typically last up to 3 weeks, depending on airflow, conditions, and how often the freshener is exposed. Most people find they’re strongest in weeks 1–2, then taper while still remaining present.
All 15 scents are curated to be noticeable and long lasting, but not so strong that they’re overwhelming or uncomfortable for most users.
Yes. You can choose one scent per 50 units. For example: with 100 units, you can select two scents, 50 of each, at no extra charge.
Yes — unscented is an option. Some clients prefer “no scent” when they want a purely visual branded piece without fragrance.
Safety & Environment
Yes. Our fragrances use non-toxic, IFRA-compliant materials that meet international safety standards and are formulated for everyday consumer use when hung as directed.
The paper portion of each freshener is made from recycled materials and is recyclable. We recommend disposing of the string and polybag in the garbage as best practice.
We support reforestation through One Tree Planted — we donate to plant one tree for every order, contributing to long-term environmental impact in a simple, meaningful way.

Yes. The print won’t run if it gets wet, and it’s fade-resistant — only long-term direct sunlight (around 3+ months) will start to reduce colour intensity.
We do. We export final files in CMYK specifically to lock in accurate colours — if something is off on our end, we won’t ship it.
Contact us right away. We’ll investigate, file a claim with the carrier if it was damaged in transit, and work with you on a fair resolution — including refunds where appropriate.
We encourage you to triple-check the final mockup before approving it — once we go to print, the order is locked in and can’t be changed retroactively.

We always ask about your event date before starting production. Once we confirm we can meet it, we’ll plan production and shipping around that committed arrival window.
Our scents generally last 2–3 weeks at full strength, with a lighter ambient fragrance lingering beyond that. Real-world results can vary based on how and where they’re used.
Any artwork and information you share with us is kept confidential and only used for your project, unless we’ve agreed in writing to use it in another way (for example, in our portfolio).
