Refund policy

At Memorable Merch Inc., we keep payments simple, transparent, and secure.
 All orders are custom-made and require payment upfront before production begins.


Payment Terms

  • 100% payment is required upfront for all orders.

  • Production will not begin until payment has been received and artwork has been approved.

  • This policy ensures your order is prioritized in our production queue and prevents delays.


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (via Shopify’s secure payment gateway)

  • Bank Transfer / ACH (for larger corporate orders upon request)

  • PayPal (on request; additional processing fees may apply)

For bank transfers or ACH payments, please email aidan@memorablemerch.ca to request an invoice with payment instructions.


Currency

  • All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers.

  • US customers are billed in USD.

  • International customers will receive a quote and invoice in either CAD or USD based on preference and region.


Late Payments (For Approved Accounts Only)

In select cases, for approved corporate accounts, net 15 or net 30 terms may be offered at our discretion.

  • Late payments beyond the agreed term may incur a 2% monthly late fee on outstanding balances.

  • Continued non-payment may result in order holds or suspension of services.


Taxes & Duties

  • Applicable taxes will be added based on your shipping location.

  • For U.S. and international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon import.
