Shipping Terms at Memorable Merch Inc.

At Memorable Merch Inc., we aim to make shipping simple and transparent, no matter where you're located. Below are the details of our shipping terms. 

Shipping Within Canada
 

We offer free standard shipping across Canada on all orders. Orders typically ship within 2 weeks from proof approval, depending on production volume and order size. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping to the United States

For all orders shipping to the U.S., we offer a flat shipping rate of 8% of your total order value.

All orders are shipped via reliable carriers with tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing but typically range between 2–4 weeks from proof approval.

International Shipping (Outside Canada & U.S.)

We gladly ship worldwide.
 

Due to varying international shipping rates, we provide custom quotes for all orders outside Canada and the U.S.

Production & Fulfillment Times

All of our products are custom-made to order. Production begins after artwork approval and typically takes 10–14 business days, not including shipping time.

Delays caused by incorrect files or delayed approvals may impact timelines.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control once the order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside of Canada, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in your country.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
